Problem Discovery
TeamViewer was moving from WordPress to Adobe experience manager (CMS). The website was not user-centric and didn’t have enough visuals. Navigating the website may feel laborious, or you may feel lost when searching for the information you need. In some cases, completing an action — like filling a form for a purchase — may even feel less than intuitive. How might we implement more interactions and visuals into the TeamVviewer website to enhance their user experience while remaining faithful to their vision?
